摘    要:目的]研究聚合硫酸铝铁的制备和应用。方法]采用3因素3水平L9(33)正交试验制备聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS),通过PAFS对含油废水浊度和色度的去除效果研究了PAFS的最佳合成条件和最佳处理条件,并通过与硫酸铁、硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝(PAC)絮凝效果的比较,对PAFS的性能进行评价。结果]当Fe/Al摩尔比为3:5,pH值为3.5,熟化温度为65℃时,合成的产品性能最优,去浊率达94.55%,脱色率达96%,除油率达82.67%。当投加量为140mg/l,原水pH值为8时,PAFS处理效果最佳,去浊率达95.05%。相同条件下,PAFS的絮凝效果优于其他3种絮凝剂。结论]为PAFS的合成和应用提供理论依据,对实际生产和含油污水的处理有一定经济效益。

Preparation and Application of Polymeric Aluminum Ferric Sulfate

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study preparation and application of polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate.Method] Orthogonal experiment of three elements and three levels was used to prepare polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate(PAFS),and the optimum synthesis conditions and treatment conditions from the removal efficiency of PAFS on the turbidity and color were analyzed,the performance of PAFS was also evaluated comparing the flocculation effect of ferric sulfate,aluminum sulfate and poly aluminum chloride.Result] The results showed that the flocculants displayed floccuulation performance of the best when Fe/Al molar ratio was 3:5,pH and curing temperature were 3.5 and 65℃,meanwhile,the rates of turbidity,decoloration and oil removal were 94.55%,96% and 82.67%.And the optimum processing conditions were under the dosage of 140mg/L,the pH of raw water was 8,then the turbidity removal ratio was 95.05%.Under the same conditions,the flocculation of PAFS was better than the other three.Conclusion] The study provided theoretical support for the preparation and application of the PAFS,and it was beneficial to the actual production and treatment of oily wastewater.
