川农泡椒1号的选育

摘    要:川农泡椒1号是从美国引进的辣椒材料经系统选育而成的加工型新品种,中晚熟,植株生长势中等;果实钝圆锥形,果面有浅褐色裂纹或螺旋状条纹,果肉特厚(约0.50cm),辣味浓,平均单果质量18.5g;特别适合作泡椒用,加工后风味独特。每667m2产量1500kg左右,高产可达2500kg,适于加工原料基地大面积生产。

Abstract:Chuannongpaojiao No.1 is a new processing hot pepper variety selected from an American hot pepper material. It is mid-late maturity. The fruit is blunt circular cone fruit shape, with light brown crackle or spiral stripe on fruit face, thick flesh (0.5 cm) and strong hot. Average fruit weight is 18.5 g. It is suitable to be processed into pickle pepper and has special flavor after processed. The average yield is 22.5 t·hm -2.
