饲粮添加人参渣对妊娠母猪繁殖性能及血浆生理生化指标的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加人参渣对妊娠母猪繁殖性能和血浆生理生化指标的影响。选取96头体况相近的2~4胎次母猪(长白×大约克),采用单因子试验设计,随机分为4组,每组24个重复,每个重复1头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加1%、3%、5%人参渣的试验饲粮。母猪妊娠第60天进入正式试验,到母猪产仔结束。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮添加3%、5%人参渣显著提高了仔猪初生个体重(P0.05),极显著提高初生窝重(P0.01)。与1%人参渣组相比,饲粮添加3%、5%人参渣极显著或显著提高初生窝重(P0.01或P0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮添加5%人参渣显著提高窝产仔总数和窝产活仔数(P0.05),而添加1%、3%人参渣则对窝产仔总数和窝产活仔数无显著影响(P0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮添加5%人参渣极显著降低母猪血浆葡萄糖水平(P0.01);3%人参渣组母猪血浆甘油三酯水平极显著低于其他组(P0.01),5%人参渣组血浆甘油三酯水平显著低于对照组(P0.05);3%和5%人参渣组母猪血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的水平极显著高于对照组和1%人参渣组(P0.01);3个试验组母猪血浆中胰岛素样生长因子-2(IGF-2)水平极显著高于对照组(P0.01),且3%、5%人参渣组显著高于1%人参渣组(P0.05)。饲粮添加人参渣对母猪血浆尿素氮、生长激素(GH)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)水平没有产生显著影响(P0.05)。由结果可知,饲粮添加1%~5%人参渣能够提高妊娠母猪血浆中IGF-2水平,添加3%、5%人参渣能够降低妊娠母猪血脂水平,添加5%人参渣则导致妊娠母猪血糖水平下降,改善繁殖性能。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of ginseng residue supplementation on re-productive performance and plasma physiological and biochemical indexes of gestation sows.Ninety-six healthy gestation sows ( Landrace×Large White) with the similar body condition and 2 to 4 parities were randomly ar-ranged into 4 groups with 24 replicates per group and 1 sow per replicate.Sows in control group were fed a basal diet, and sows in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1%, 3% and 5% gin-seng residue, respectively.The experiment was performed from the day 60 of gestation to the day of piglet birth.The results showed as follows: compared with the control group, diet supplemented with 3% and 5% ginseng residue significantly increased the average birth weight ( P<0.05) and extremely significantly increased the birth weight of litter ( P<0.01) .Compared with the 1%ginseng residue group, diet supplemented with 3% and 5% ginseng residue extremely significantly or significantly increased the birth weight of litter ( P<0.01 or P<0.05) .Compared with the control group, diet supplemented with 5% ginseng residue significantly increased the litter size and live litter size ( P<0.05) , but diet supplemented with 1% and 3% ginseng residue had no sig-nificant effects on the litter size and live litter size ( P>0.05) .Compared with the control group, diet supple-mented with 5% ginseng residue extremely significantly decreased the plasma glucose level ( P<0.01 ) .The plasma triglyceride level in 3% ginseng residue group was extremely significantly lower than that in the other groups (P<0.01), and it in the 5% ginseng residue group was significantly lower than that in the control groups ( P<0.05) .Compared with the control group and 1%ginseng residue group, the plasma high-density lipoprotein ( HDL-C) level in 3% and 5% ginseng residue groups was extremely significantly increased ( P<0.01) .Compared with the control group, diet supplemented with 1%, 3% and 5% ginseng residue extremely significantly increased the plasma insulin-like growth factor-2 ( IGF-2) level ( P<0.01);the plasma IGF-2 lev-el in 3% and 5% ginseng residue group was significantly higher than that in 1% ginseng residue group ( P<0.05) .Ginseng residue supplementation had no significant effects on the plasma urea nitrogen, growth hor-mone and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 ( IGFBP-3) levels ( P>0.05) .In conclusion, diet sup-plemented with 1%to 5% ginseng residue can increase the plasma IGF-2 level, supplemented with 3% and 5% ginseng residue can decrease blood lipid level, and supplemented with 5% ginseng residue can decrease the blood glucose level and improve the reproductive performance of gestation sows.
