毕节市烤烟化学成分特征与可用性评价

为合理评价毕节烤烟内在化学品质状况,应用模糊数学理论对各产区烟叶化学成分进行可用性评价。结果表明:毕节市烤烟总氮、烟碱、钾含量处于合理水平,氯含量适宜,部分烟区糖含量略高;产烟县间以大方烤烟化学成分可用性指数较高,金沙县烤烟化学成分可用性指数相对较低。不同乡镇中以雪山镇、核桃乡化学成分可用性较高,小海镇、柳塘镇化学成分可用性相对较低。

Characteristics of Chemical Components and Usability of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves Grown in Bijie City

To better evaluate the chemical components and quality of leaves grown in Bijie city,chemical components of flue-cured tobacco in different regions were evaluated using fuzzy mathematics.The results showed that:The average concentration of total nitrogen,nicotine and potassium were at right levels,the content of chlorine was suitable,the content of sugar was high in some tobacco-producing area.The usability index of chemical components in Dafang county was highest,and that in Jinsha county was lowest.The usability index of chemical components in Xueshan and Hetao towns was better than other towns,and that in Xiaohai and Liutang towns was worse than other towns.
