| Abstract: | As a user of a library, the author has offered a few points-of-view on the construction design of new library buildings: (1) a library has to have certain scale in digital age; (2) it should be combined perfectly with external appearance and functions; (3) the construction of new library building must focus on the functions of sustainable development; (4) the aim of constructing a new library building should promote the administration and service to a new level; and (5) it should has characteristics according the characters of the university. |
