摘    要:以田间栽培的6个葡萄(Vitis vinifera L.)品种(矢福罗莎、维多利亚、红宝石无核、红霞、藤稔、早熟红无核)为试材,观察根系丛枝菌根的形态结构和菌根侵染率.结果清晰地观察到泡囊、丛枝、根外菌丝、根内菌丝、侵入点等结构,说明葡萄属于典型的丛枝菌根类植物,且主要被Glomus属真菌侵染.6个葡萄品种中以藤稔的菌根侵染率最高,维多利亚的最差.葡萄丛枝菌根侵染率的范围在20.52%~47.89%之间,尤以在0.8~1.2mm粗度的根系上菌根的侵染率最高.

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to observe morphological structures and mycorrhizal colonization of arbuscular myc-orrhize in six Vitis vinifera varieties (Yatomi Rosa,Victoria,Flame,Red Glow,Fujiminori,Ruby) in field. The results showed that vesicles,arbuscules,external hyphae,internal hyphae and entry point were observed in V. vinifera roots,which suggested that V. vinifera belonged to arbuscular mycorrhizal plants. V. vinifera was mainly infected by fungi of Glomus. In six V. vinifera varieties,V. vinifera cv. Fujiminori showed the best mycorrhizal colonization and V. vinifera cv. Victoria was the worst. Mycorrhizal colonization was 20.52%~47.89% and mainly happened in the root diameter of 0.8~1.2 mm.
