甘蓝型油菜CMS保持系的选育与改良方法研究

摘    要:根据细胞质雄性不育的遗传原理,采用5种不同方法选育和改良保持系,介绍和分析了每一种方法的选育效果.结果表明,测交筛选是选育保持系最基本且省工省时的方法,保持系×F1代杂交种、品种(系)×保持系、基因累加法、多亲本复合杂交法,均为行之有效的改良方法,育种者可根据具体的育种目标和现有的种质资源,选择最佳的选育与改良亲本的方法,以达到预期改良效果.

Abstract:From genetic principle of CMS,five different ways were adopted for selecting and improving maintainer,and the selection effect of every way was introduced and analyzed.The results showed that the screening through test cross was the most basic way and may save labour and time,and these ways,such as maintainer×F1,Variety (Line)×maintainer,accumulation of gene and multi-parents composite cross,were all effective improvement ways.According to concrete breeding aim and existing germplasm resources,the breeder may select optimal selection and improvement way in order to get prospective improvement effect.
