摘 要: | 采用2种不同方法,即超声辅助提取法、微波辅助一水蒸气蒸馏法,对白兰叶的挥发油进行了提取。以白兰叶挥发油提取量为指标,通过正交实验设计优选提取工艺。研究表明,白兰叶挥发油的最佳提取工艺为微波辅助一水蒸气蒸馏法,其提取工艺条件为:微波功率480W、微波时间7min、提取时间5h、料液比1:10(g/mL),此条件下挥发油提取率可达到0.81%。

Abstract: | The volatile oil in the leaves of Michelia alba DC. was extracted by two different methods, including ultrasonically assisted extraction and microwave - assisted hydrodistillatin. With the yield rate of volatile oil as the index, the optimum ex- tracting technology and the optimum conditions of extraction for volatile oil from the leaves of Michelia alba DC. were deter- mined by orthogonal experimental design. The results suggested that the optimum extracting technology was microwave -as- sisted hydrodistillatin and the optimum conditions for extracting were the microwave power of 480W, microwave time of 7rain, extraction time of 5h and the ratio of feed and liqiud of 1/10(g/mL) . Under such conditions,the yield of volatile oil was 0. 81%. |
