摘    要:目的]为了探讨夏季生产菜用油菜的可行性。方法]采用单因素随机区组设计试验方法,研究了追施氮肥对夏播菜用油菜营养生长、菜用品质的影响。结果]在重庆市万州区的低海拔地区夏季种植菜油两用品种德新油59,在底肥施用复合肥750 kg/hm2,5叶期和6叶期分2次共追施尿素225 kg/hm2时,鲜苔产量可达6 634.80 kg/hm2,粗蛋白含量269.01 g/kg,维生素C 488.02 mg/kg,粗纤维13.58%,水分91.45%。结论]夏播生产菜用油菜有一定的示范推广价值。

Effects of Topdressing N on Nutritional Growth and Vegetable Quality of Summer Sowing Vegetable Rape

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to study the feasibility of vegetable rape production in summer. Method] The effects of topdress- ing N on nutritional growth and vegetable quality of summer sowing vegetable rape were studied by single factor randomized block design. Re- sult] Fresh sedge yield of the Dexinyou 59 of summer sowing vegetable rape in low atitude region of Wmlzhou, Chongqing was 6 634.80 kg/hm2, erud protein content was 269.01 g/kg, vitamin C content was 488.02 mg/kg, crud fiber content was 13.58%, and water content was 91.45% when compound fertilizer 750 kg/hm2 was applied as ground fertilizer and 225 kg/hm2 urea was applied in 5 and 6 lesves stage. Conclusion] vegetable rape had certain value of demonstration and extension in summer sowing vegetable rape.
