| 摘 要： | 介绍了青岛市三大产业发展现状,分析了其三大产业中存在的问题,提出了青岛市优化调整产业结构的对策建议,对第一产业,要转变思想,保证耕地面积,优化粮经比例,提高农业竞争力;对第二产业,要推进产业转型,提高企业专业化程度,促进多元化经营;对第三产业,要优化产业结构,发展高新科技产业,改革教育行业,提升办学质量。

| Abstract: | The development status of three industry in Qingdao City was introduced, the existing problems were analyzed, several suggestions for industry structure optimization were put forward ： as for primary industry, transforming thoughts to guarantee farmland area, optimizing ratio between grain crops and economic crops to improve agriculture competitiveness ; as for secondary industry, advancing industry transformation to improve enterprise specia!ization degree and promote diversified operation; as for tertiary industry, optimizing industry structure, developing high and new technology industry, improving education quality. |
