摘    要:菊花为药食同源植物,其精油含量丰富。菊花精油化学成分主要有萜类、酚类、酯类、醛类、酮类和醇类化合物,其中一些成分对抗菌发挥着重要的作用,在食品保鲜领域具有潜在应用价值。文中综述了菊花不同部位精油化学成分组成、菊花精油的抗菌机理和保鲜作用,以期为菊花精油在抗菌和保鲜领域的研究和应用提供科学参考。

Research Advances in Chemical Compositions, Antimicrobial and Preservative Activity of the Essential Oil from Chrysanthemum morifolium
Abstract:Chrysanthemum morifolium is a kind of medicine and food homologous plant and rich in essential oils. The chemical compositions of the Chrysanthemum morifolium essential oils mainly include terpenes, phenols, esters, aldehydes, ketones and alcohols, some of them play an important role in antimicrobial property and have potential application value in the field of food preservation. This paper overviews the chemical compositions of essential oils from different parts of Chrysanthemum morifolium, the antimicrobial mechanism and preservative effect, the aim is to provide a scientific reference for the research and application of Chrysanthemum morifolium essential oils in the field of antimicrobial and preservation.
