| 摘 要： | 高本贯通培养的学生是本科教育中的一群特殊群体,其社会实践和科学研究能力培养是人才培养工作中的一项重要内容.以高本贯通农林专业学生为例,重点分析了其高职阶段科研创新能力培养的必要性、培养现状及影响因素,在此基础上提出了科研创新能力的培养路径.大学生创新项目、学生社团活动、大学生导师制度、校企合作横向项目等多培养路径的开展,使学生的科研创新能力得到明显提升.
