毛竹形态学性状遗传多样性研究

摘    要:对不同栽培地区毛竹居群17个形态学性状进行研究,利用统计学原理分析了各性状之间的相关性。主成分分析表明影响毛竹生物学性状变异的因子有许多,但是起主要作用的有胸径1.3 m以上至枝下高1/3处和2/3处的直径以及胸径壁厚等性状,为毛竹形态学遗传多样性研究提供了依据。聚类分析将20个居群分为6类。形态学分析表明居群间和居群内存在相对丰富的遗传差异,并且存在居群内变异大于居群间变异现象,为毛竹形态学性状遗传多样性的鉴定与分类研究及种质资源收集提供依据。

Abstract:This study was conducted to determine phenotypic variation of populations of Moso bamboo and find out the principle of variation.Correlation analysis was made on the basis of 17 phenotypic traits.Factor analysis indicated that the first three principal components accounted for 91.925% of the total variation.The 20 populations of Moso bamboo under investigation could be divided into six groups according to the UPGMA cluster analysis.The results showed that there was significantly difference in genetic variation among populations and among individuals within populations.Furthermore,the variation among individuals within populations was higher than that among populations.
