| 摘 要： | [目的]考察利用聚酰胺分离纯化巫山淫（Epimedium wushanese T.SYing）羊藿中淫羊藿苷的工艺条件和参数。[方法]采用聚酰胺柱色谱法,以10%～40%乙醇水溶液进行梯度洗脱,分离富集淫羊藿苷,并配以HPLC进行同步监控。[结果]不同体积分数的乙醇洗脱液对淫羊藿苷的洗脱能力不同,淫羊藿苷在30%乙醇水溶液中得到了分离富集,含量可达17.22%,收率为95.97%。[结论]采用聚酰胺柱色谱法能有效分离巫山淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷,且操作简单,重复性好。

| Abstract: | [Objective] The aim was to investigate the technological parameters of the refining p-rocess of Icraiin from Epimedium wushanense T.S.Ying by polyamide.[Method] Polyamide chromatogram was adopted to separate and purify.Gradient elution used 10%-40% alcohol,and HPLC was adopted to undertake assaying of the Icraiin.[Result] The content of the Icraiin by adopting the gradient elution with 30% alcohol was 17.22%.Total yield reached 95.97%.[Conclusion] The method is simple to operate and has good reproducibility... |
