| Abstract: | The collective forest tenure reform is an essential part of forest construction.The paper analyzed the existing problem of the collective forest tenure reform in Huili county,such as inflexible management mechanism,backward management model and rigidified market circulation.To solve above-mentioned problems,some suggestions were put forward. |
