厚垣轮枝孢菌(Verticillium chlamydosporium)防治植物线虫研究进展

摘    要:厚垣轮枝孢菌(Verticilliumchlamydosporium)是一种重要的噬植物线虫真菌。文章对该菌的分类地位、生物学习性、噬线虫机制及其在防治植物线虫中的应用情况进行了综述,探讨了影响该菌防治植物线虫的一些因素,并指明了今后的研究方向。

Abstract:The soil-borne nematophous fungus Verticillium chlamydosporium Goddard is a significant biological control agent for a wide range of agricultural important parasitic nematodes belonging to the genera Meloidogyne,Globodera and Heterodero.This review mainly summarizes the recent knowledge of (V.chlamydosporium) on biological control:the status of taxonomy,the methods used for isolation and culture,the technique to monitor the fungus growth in soil and rhizophere,the activity to destroy females and eggs,and the practical application in both field and pot test.This review discusses the important influencing factors in biological control as well,including the soil environment,the diversity of V.chlamydosporium and character of plant hosts.Furthermore,the future research prospect is pointed out.
