摘    要:以生长旺盛的侧金盏花嫩茎腋芽为材料,进行了芽的生长、分化及试管苗的生根、移栽、扦插和移植研究,建立起侧金盏花的无性系。结果证明:1/2MS+IAA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L是芽生长培养的理想培养基;MS+BA0.8mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L是生长芽分化培养和不定芽继代培养的理想培养基;1/2MS+NAA0.1 mg/L+IAA0.4 mg/L是不定芽生根培养和生根继代培养的理想培养基;炉灰渣是试管苗移栽和扦插的理想基质。试管苗移植后长势整齐、旺盛,各种生物学性状均与野生植株一致。

Abstract:A study on growth,differentiation,rooting and transplanting of axillary buds were studied and establishment of asexual sys-tem of Adonis amurensis was also conducted.The results indicated that the ideal media for development of growing point was 1/2MS+IAA0.5mg.L-1+NAA 0.1mg.L-1.The best medium for differentiation was MS+6-BA0.8mg.L-1+NAA0.3mg.L-1.The medium of 1/2MS+NAA0.1mg.L-1+IAA0.4mg.L-1 was suitable for rooting.The cinder was the ideal matrix for plantlet culture with vigorous and variant characters.
