| 摘 要： | 用家兔肠袢试验和乳鼠灌胃试验检测了６株鸡源致病性大肠杆菌的产肠毒素能力．结果表明：检测的６株鸡源大肠杆菌均不产生耐热肠毒素（ＳＴ），另检测３株鸡源大肠杆菌亦不产生不耐热肠毒素（ＬＴ），因而认为鸡源大肠杆菌的致病性与肠毒素无关．

| Abstract: | The enterotoxin-producing ability of six E.coli
isolatet from chickens with col-ibaciliosis was tested by using the rabbit ileal test(RILT)and baby
mice gastric test.The re-sults show that three chickens E.coli isolates tested did not produce
heat-labile enterotoxin(LT) but none of six chickens isolates produced heat-stable
enterotoxin(ST).It comes tothe conclusion that the pathogenicity of chicken E.coli could not be
releated to the entero-toxin. |
