| 摘 要： | 以两种观赏百合为材料,从光合色素含量、还原性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、硝基态氮含量、氨态氮含量、硝酸还原酶活性、淀粉酶活性等多个方面探究了病害对观赏百合生理生化特性的影响,结果表明：病害胁迫下观赏百合叶片中光合色素含量首先降低,叶片和鳞茎中的还原性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、硝酸还原酶活性、淀粉酶活性均降低,而硝基态氮、氨态氮出现积累.从而可见病害胁迫直接影响到了百合的生长.

| Abstract: | In this paper we use two kinds of Ornamental lily as experimental material, we studied the effects of disease stress in the quatity of lily physiology from multi--facet, such as. the contens of chlorophyll, the contens of reducing sugar,the contens of soluble protein, the contens of ammonium nitrogen; the comens of nitric nitrogen , Nitrate reduc- tase activtity, amylase activtity and so on. Resalts showed that the contens of chlorophyll in leaves under disease stress firstly. The contens of reducing sugar,the contens of soluble protein, Nitrate reductase activtity, amylase activtity decreased with the disease stress in the leaves and bulb of lily. The contens of ammonium nitrogen, the contens of nitric nitrogen increased. It showed that the effect of disease stress in the growth of lily. |
