| 摘 要： | 目前,在农业科技示范园发展中存在着经济困难与人才流失,创新动力不强,脱离农业现状,定位不准,重设备投入、轻科技创新等问题。从经济困难的角度,分析了市场经济对农业科技示范园发展的要求,探讨农业科技示范园区发展的功能定位、功能建设及其对农业科技民营企业发展的作用等问题,提出了一些建议,供参考。
