CBS对食品卫生学教学效果的影响

摘    要:食品卫生学是食品质量与安全专业和食品营养专业学生的一门重要专业课程,也是一门实用性非常强的学科。为了使学生更好地将理论与实际相结合,在教学中引入了CBS教学法。结果显示,该方法具有较好的提高食品卫生学教学效果的作用,是一种值得推广的有效教学模式。

Abstract:Food Hygiene is an important course of the specialize in food quality and safety and the food nutrition. It is also a subject characterized by practicability. CBS teaching model was applied to Food Hygiene course in the study so that the college students could integrate theory and practice efficiently. The results showed that CBS model revealed a good effect on the teaching of Food Hygiene and could be spread to other courses.
