化工厂、化肥厂废水对蚕豆微核的影响

摘    要:比较研究了山西某化工厂和化肥厂废水对蚕豆微核的影响。结果表明,化工厂和化肥厂废水都能显著提高蚕豆根尖细胞微核率。微核率与废水浓度呈正相关。化工厂废水对细胞的毒害效应大于化肥厂废水。证明蚕豆是对化工废水较为敏感的作物。

Abstract:he micronucleus effect of waste water from chemical factory and chemical fertilizer factory in Shanxi on root tip cells of Vicia faba was studied.The result showed that both chemical and chemical fertilizer factory waste water could increase the frequency of micronuclei on root tip cells of Vicia faba .The frequency of micronuclei showed a clear positive relation with the concentrations of waste water.It is suggested that the waste water of chemical factory has a stronger toxic effects than that is from chemical fertilizer factory,and Vicia faba was sensitive to the toxic effects of waste water of chemical factory and chemical fertilizer factory.
