HAG三种杂种回交后代腺体性状及形态特征遗传的研究

摘    要:用陆地棉(AADD)1与亚比棉(A2A2G1G1)进行杂交,F1高度不育,然后用陆地棉作为轮回亲本进行回交,在回交后代BC4F1中,各个性状都分离很大,除了表现双亲类型外,还出现了一些新类型,通过调查发现,304%植株保留了比克氏棉的子叶色素腺体延缓发生性状,这说明将这一性状作为目标性状进行选择是有效的,为我们进一步转育提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:The triple-species hybrids of G.hirsutum, G.arboreum and G.bickii were obstained by crossing upland cotton(AADD) 1 with the allotetraploid(A 2A 2G 1G 1) come from the interspecific hybrid between G.arboreum and G. bickii.Its F 1 generation is sterile,then was backcrossed with upland cotton .In the Bc 4F 1 generation,all traits were separated into parents ones and new ones.After investigation,30.4 percent plants contained the "glandless-seed glanded-plant"trait from G.bickii.It showed that we can make progress through electing the aim trait. It will provide a proof for our advanced work。
