摘    要:沧谷3号是以鲁谷10号为母本,引F3(日朝谷×80056)为父本杂交选育而成。沧谷3号根系发达,茎秆粗壮,抗倒伏、抗旱、抗病能力强,穗大金黄色,叶片功能期长,绿叶成熟,高产、稳产。2001-2002年参加华北地区夏谷区域试验,平均产量4 972.5 kg/hm2,比对照豫谷5号增产0.6%;2002年参加华北地区夏谷区域试验生产试验,平均产量4 812.0 kg/hm2,比对照增产10.1%。2002—2004年在河北省累计推广种植面积达5.5万hm2。

Abstract:A millet(Setaria italica L.) cultivar Canggu 3 was developed by crossing Lugu 10 with a F_3 line derived from Richaogu×80056.Canggu 3 developed root system and strong stalks.This summer millet cultivar was resistant or tolerant to biotic or abiotic stresses,such as diseases,lodging,and drought stresses.Canggu 3 had a large ear with leaves remaining green during maturity,which provided a long period of functional duration of leaves.These warrant Canggu 3 a high and sustainable grain yield.During 2001 and 2002 in the regional trial for summer millet cultivars in Northern China,the average yield of Canggu 3 was 4 972.5 kg/hm~2,which was similar to that of the control cultivar Yugu 5.In 2002,Canggu 3 received an average yield of 4 812.0 kg/hm~2 in the production test for the regional trial,which was 10.1% higher than the control cultivar.Canggu 3 has been grown in 55,000 hectares in Hebei Province.
