| 摘 要： | 通过对水泥与促凝剂的选择,采用加入添加剂(NaHCO3)的方法,结合考察制板的主要工艺参数进行稻草水泥碎料板的热压法生产。研究结果表明:以稻草为原料进行热压法生产水泥碎料板是可行的,其操作简单,所得到板子的主要物理力学性能(包括吸声性能和阻燃性能)良好,能为规模生产提供依据。

| Abstract: | By selecting cement and accelerants and adding additive(NaHO3), straw-cement particleboard was manufactured including reviewed some main technologic parameters and used hot-pressing method. It was shown from the studies: it is practical that straw-cement particleboard was manufactured with straw and cement by hot-pressing method and the main physical and mechanical properties of straw-cement particleboard is good; the produce method is uncomplicated and it can afford some train of thought for scale produce. |
