光温敏核不育小麦ES—10雄性败育机制研究

摘    要:观察了光温敏核不育小麦ES-10的雄性发育过程。结果表明,在花粉母细胞减数分裂期间,出现诸多异常现象,但是大多数花粉母细胞能进行正常的减数分裂,形成正常的四分体。在花粉粒发育时期,能形成正常的单核花粉粒,大部分单核花粉粒能进行有丝分裂形成二核或三核花粉粒。但是,其细胞质稀薄解体,营养核不清,花粉粒变为椭圆形、三角形和多边形。花粉败育主要发生在二核期到三核期,花粉粒以染败为主,败育率为100%。

Abstract:This paper observed the process of male development of line ES 10.The results show that,most PMC can normally form tetrad in the process of meiosis ,while many abnormal phenomena can also be observed simultaneously.Monokanyon granules can form normally and most of the granules can conduct the process of mitosis and form dikaryon and trikaryon during the stage of development of pollen granules. But the granules have the cytoplasm that is thin and dilute and then degerated ,the shape of ellipse,triangle and polygon, and an unclear nutritive karyon.Pollen abortion of ES 10 mainly occurs at the stage from dikaryophase to trikaryophase,and most of abortive pollen granules are staining aborted.The percentage of abortion of pollen is 100%.
