中心支轴式喷灌机喷头配置方法及其数学模型

摘    要:以中心支轴式喷灌机结构尺寸为约束条件,以单位时间灌水深度和机组运行角速度为初始参数,对喷头配置方法进行了系统研究,建立了喷头配置数学模型,并开发出喷头配置软件。利用该方法和数学模型可确定中心支轴式喷灌机的最佳喷头配置方案,同时得出与该方案相匹配的机组入机流量和入机压力。该喷头配置模型和软件通用性强,可方便地用于各种长度的中心支轴式喷灌机,对于提高中心支轴式喷灌机的灌水均匀度,发挥机组及配套水泵的最佳性能具有重要意义。

Abstract:Based on the constraints of mechanical structure, according to the initial parameters--irrigation depth in unit time and rotation speed of center-pivot irrigation system, the sprinkler configuration method was researched, and a mathematical model for sprinkler configuration was founded, and a software for sprinkler configuration was developed. The optimal sprinkler configuration of center-pivot irrigation system can be obtained with the model, at the same time, the demand flow and head pressure were given. The applicability of the mathematical model is great, and this model can be utilized on center pivot irrigation systems with different lengthes. This model and software are significant to improve the uniformity of water distribution of center-pivot irrigation system and exert the best capability of pump for center-ivot irrigation system.
