淄博市国家森林城市建设规划特色解析

淄博市的资源优势、经济优势和区位优势明显,林业建设基础雄厚,具备创建国家森林城市的条件。文中在总结以往建设经验的基础上,结合淄博市生态环境及城市文化现状,最终确定了"生态淄博、幸福家园"的建设理念与"一核一环、八个组团、三网多点"的建设布局,以及生态、产业、文化、支撑四大体系的建设重点和要求,以期为创森工作提供借鉴。

Characteristics Analysis of Zibo' Construction Planning for National Forest City

Ziboboasts of tangible advantages in terms of resources, economy and location as well as profound basis for forestry development, which constitute the conditions for building national forest city. On the basis of summarizing the past experiences and taking account of the actual situation of ecological environment and urban culture, the construction concept of "ecological Zibo, happy home" and the layout of "one central one ring, eight groups, three nets with multiple points", was finally identified, and the construction focus and requirements for the four systems including ecology, industry, culture and support were also pinned down. The study is aimed to provide references and experiences for other cities to create national forest city.
