云南凤庆森林县城建设规划研究

凤庆森林县城建设是凤庆生态文明建设的重要内容。森林县城建设规划研究从森林县城建设现状研究着手,建立包括森林网络、森林健康、林业经济、生态文化和森林管理5方面37项指标的森林县城建设指标体系,并逐项分析,明确已达标指标、易达标指标和达标难度较大的指标;有针对性地制订已达标指标和易达标指标巩固提高措施,针对达标难度较大指标制订切实可行方案,以达到规划目标,确保规划实施后顺利申报云南省第一个森林县城,并为云南省其他城镇开展森林县城、森林城镇建设提供借鉴。

A Study of Forest County Construction at Fengqing County in Yunnan Province

Forest County Construction at Fengqing is an important part of ecological civilization construction there. The study on forest county construction planning was based on the current condition to establish the index system including 37 indexes covering 5 categories of forest network, forest health, forestry economy, ecological culture and forest management. The indexes were analyzed one by one to identify the conformed, easily conformable and hardly conformable index. With this identification, the improvement measures have been specifically developed for conformed and easily conformable index while operable plan has been developed for the hardly conformable index to attain the planned objectives. This planning was expected to make Fengqing the first forest county in Yunnan after its implementation and also the model for other cities or counties to follow in their efforts to be forest county or city.
