蚕丝心蛋白的亚基及其分子量、氨基酸组成研究

摘    要:试验以家蚕、野桑蚕、天蚕、柞蚕、樗蚕、蓖麻蚕为材料,测定了丝心蛋白及其亚基的分了量和氨基酸组成。结果表明,丝心蛋白亚基的组成家蚕、野桑蚕表现为H-L型,天蚕、柞蚕、樗蚕、蓖麻蚕为H-H型。家蚕蛾科的蚕类与天蚕蛾科的蚕类在丝心蛋白氨基酸组成上,具有种待异性,各种蚕类丝心蛋白氨基酸组成差异同它们的分类地位相一致。从家蚕和野桑蚕绢丝腺液状丝心蛋白中分离出小亚基,小亚基的氨基酸组成和大亚基有很大不同。

Abstract:This experiment in which six sikworms such as Bombyx mori、Bombyx mandarina、Antheraea pernyi、 Antheraea yamamai、Philosamia cynthia、philosamia cynthia riciniwere taken as the materials, has studied the subunit structure of fibroin; measured themolecular weight and the amino acid composition of fibroin and its subunit.The resuItsshowed that the subunit structure of fibroin expresses two different types : Bombyx moriand Bombyx mandarina are H-L type , Antheraea pernyi、Antheraea yamamai、Philosamia cynthia Philosamia cynthia ricini are H-H type , The six silkworms havespecies specificility in amino acid composition of their fibroin. The silkworms belongingto Bombycidae are considerally different from those belonging to saturniidae in aminoacid composition. Their differences of varietives of silkworms coincident with their clas-sification stalus; the small subunit were isolated from silk gland liquid fibroin of Bombymori and Bombyx mandarina; The small subunit are considerally different with the bigsubunit in amino acid.
