摘    要:为了提高已研制的温室节点式渗灌自动控制系统的可靠性和快速性,进一步节约水资源、降低作业成本,对系统程序进行了改进,将原来仅控制1个土壤最佳含水率值和具有线性特征的恒值控制系统改进为控制土壤含水率值在上,下限范围内,修改了模糊控制器的相关参数,使系统具有非线性控制特征.田间试验结果表明:改进后系统的灌溉特性更适应作物需水规律,相对于手动灌溉,可节水1007m~3·hm~(-2)、节省作业成本1316元·hm~(-2).系统电磁阀的启动频率明显降低,可靠性和快速性显著提高.在控制参数范围内,系统仍表现为一阶惯性特征,稳定性好,控制精度满足温室作物灌溉技术要求.

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability and rapidity of the developed greenhouse drip irrigation control system, and to save water and reduce work cost, the program and the parameters of the fuzzy controller of the system were modified. The primary prototype which was a constant control system (based on soil moisture) with linear character was improved to become a nonlinear system which controls the system work in the range of upper and lower limits of soil moisture. Field experiment results showed that the working performance of the modified system was able to satisfy the water requirement of the crops. Contrast to the general irrigation by labor, it saved water of 1007m~3·hm~(-2) and work cost of ¥1316.00·hm~(-2). The starting frequency of solenoid valve was cut down and the reliability and rapidity of the system were improved observably. Between the upper and lower limits of the parameters, the performed up the characteristic of first-order inertial with satisfactory, stability and accuracy.
