| 摘 要： | 以新一轮出台的房地产业法律政策为视角,对我国政府干预房地产市场的必要性、合理性与效应进行肯定,对房地产市场中存在的干预异化现象进行评析并提出相应的对策,将对社会主义市场经济的稳健发展,实现社会正义具有重要意义。
