奶牛初乳所含孕酮和雌激素含量的放免分析

测定了七头奶牛产后6小时之内的初乳孕酮和雌激素含量,其中初乳??酮含量平均为406pg/ml,相当于乳牛正常发情周期中的发情外周血清孕酮含量最低值的1/4;初乳雌激素含量平均为72.06pg/ml,相当于正常奶牛发情期最高值的2.7倍.初乳所以具有催情作用,是因为初乳中含有较高的雌激素和少量的孕激素.

THE RADIOIMMUNASSAY OF COLOSTRUM PROGESTERONE AND ESTROGEN IN COWS

A expriment was conducted to determine the concentrations of colostrums progesterone and estrogen of seven cows. Colostrum samples were collected during the period from partus until six hours. The average conentration of colostrus progesterone was 406pg/ml, which approxoximate one fourth of the lowest concentration of serum prsgesterone in the duration of estrus in cows. The average concentration of colostrum estrogen was 72.06pg/ml, which was approximate 2.7 times as much as the highest concentration of serum estrogen in the duration of estrus io cows. The; results showed the capability of the colostrum to stimulate estrus. which contains higher estrogen and less progesterone.
