施用有机物料对人参根际土壤微生物量碳的影响

摘    要:本文研究了施用有机物料后的栽参土壤人参根际微生物量碳的变化。结果表明:施用玉米胚芽粕后土壤微生物量碳的变化呈现先增加后减小的趋势,在栽参的第90d时土壤微生物量碳出现最高峰值。施用酵素茵肥后土壤微生物量碳随时间变化呈双峰态势,在栽参的第30d出现第1个峰值,在第90ddg现第2个峰值,并且随着酵素菌肥量的增加,土壤微生物量碳的变幅增大。

Abstract:An experimentwas conducted to study the variations in microbial biomass carbon(MBC) of ginseng rhizosphere soil applied organic material. Results showed that after applied the corn germ meal, the temporal change of microbial biomass carbon of ginseng planting soil showed first increasing and then decreasing trend. The first peak occurred on the 90th days after ginseng was planted After applied the fermentbacteria fertilizer, the temporal change of microbial biomass carbon of ginseng planting soil showed a double-peak curve. The first peak occurred on the 30th days after ginseng was planted and the second peak on the 90th day. The change range of the soilmicrobialbiomass carbon increased with the concentration of fermentbacteria fertilizer increasing.
