| 摘 要： | 采用辛酸-硫酸铵法和Sephadex G-150分子筛层析法纯化猫血清IgG,SDS-PAGE电泳检测;用纯化的IgG免疫新西兰兔,制备兔抗猫IgG抗血清,并用上述方法提纯兔抗猫IgG,改良过碘酸钠法标记辣根过氧化物酶,即获得兔抗猫IgG的酶标抗体。

| Abstract: | It’s should purify cat’s IgG with octoic acid-ammonium sulphate and molecular sieve chromatography. Then it needs immunizated New Zealand rabbit adding Freund adjuvant. After that we have done Trialing bleeding with double agar diffusion and when potency reach up to 64 to begin to get blood and separation cony blood-serum. Then we have puri-fied rabbit’s IgG with octoic acid-ammonium sulphate and molecular sieve chromatography. Finally, the rabbit’s IgG is lin-ked with HRP using reforming odium iodate method. Besides we have shuded the approaching and purification method and got suitable technique line. Preliminary utilization also have proved the high performance of Rabbit anti-cat IgG/HRP. |
