摘    要:目的]研究水中5种持久性有机污染物的测定方法.方法]通过优化色谱条件,建立了用二氯甲烷萃取水和污水中的七氯、艾氏剂、氯丹、狄氏剂、异狄氏剂5种持久性有机污染物,并用具电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪在同一个色谱条件下对5种物质进行测定的方法.结果]该方法测定结果的相关系数在0.9998以上,检出限在0.001~0.003 μg,/L,精密度在3.9% ~ 5.6%之间,回收率可达83.5%~ 124.0%之间.5种物质测定结果均有较低的检出限、较高的精密度和加标回收率.结论]试验条件可行,该方法适用于水和污水中持久性有机污染物的测定.

Study on the Determination Method for Five Kinds of Persistent Organic Pollutants in Water

Abstract: Objective] The research aimed to study on the determination method for five kinds of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in wa- ter. Method ] By optimizing chromatographic conditions, the method that dichloromethane was used to extract heptachlor, aldrin, chlordane, dieldrin and endrin in water and sewage, and gas chromatograph with ECD was used to determine the five kinds of substances under the same chromatographic conditions was established. Result] Determined result by the method had over 0.999 8 of related coefficient, O. 001 -0.003 p~g/L of detection limit, 3.9% - 5.6% of precision and 83.5 % - 124.0% of recovery rate. Determination results of five kinds of substances all had lower detection limit, higher precision and recovery rate. Conclusion] Test condition was feasible, and the method was suitable for determining POPs in water and sewage.
