摘    要:增塑剂引起的食品安全问题已经引起全球性的关注.重点介绍了食品及其接触物中增塑剂检测的现状,提出建议扩大增塑剂在食品中添加或转移的种类研究.

Advances on the Analysis and Determination of Plasticizers in Food and Its Contact Substances

Abstract:The food safety problems caused by plasticizers have attracted worldwide attentions. The current status of plasticizer detection in food and its contact substances was mainly introduced. And it was suggested that the studies on adding or transferring plasticizer in food should be ex- panded.
