基于农村籍大学生返乡就业的高校创业教育研究

通过问卷调查农村籍大学生返乡就业意愿,发现农村籍大学生返乡虽具有地利、人和等优势,但目前仍存在学生返乡就业意愿不高等问题,除农村环境等外因外,还受农村籍大学生的就业能力和返乡就业信心等内因影响.进一步利用问卷调查创业教育对农村籍大学生的就业影响,发现创业教育对学生就业能力有积极的促进作用,说明高校应加强对学生创业教育的改革,在转变学生就业观念的同时,增强学生返乡就业的信心,提升他们的就业能力,从而更好地服务地方经济建设和发展.

Research of Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Institutions Based on Returning Home of Rural College Students

There are many advantages for rural students to work in hometown, such as geographical conditions and relationships, but it is still a question that returning home. In addition to the rural environment, the internal factors of rural Students＇ employability and employment con- fidence are important.
