| 摘 要： | 丰花月季的茎段(含腋芽)在MS 6-BA3．000 NAA0．400或MS 6-BA3.000 NAA0.005的培养基上，腋芽能顺利萌发，采用MS 6-BA3.000 NAA0．005可以从无菌苗诱导大量丛生芽，在继代培养中，不同含量的6-BA和NAA在诱导效率上有明显的不同。以沙子替代琼脂作为支持物，诱导初代腋芽的效率比琼脂高，幼苗的生根率和移栽成活率均很高。 |

| Abstract: | A quick-propagation test of Rosa sehinensis var.floribunda was carried out, which indicated that the optimal mediums for germination of axillary buds in stem cuttings (as testing materials) were MS +6-BA_(3.000)+NAA_(0.400) or MS+6-BA_(3.000)+NAA_(0.005). Taking MS+6-BA_(3.00)+NAA_(0.005) as medium, a large number of fasciculate buds could be induced from germ-free plantlet in subculture, and there were significant differences in induction rate that varied with contents of 6-BA and NAA. When we took sand as medium instead of agar, a higher induction rate to axillary buds of first generation, satisfied rooting rate and transplanted survival to the plantlets had been attained. |
