三峡库区移民致富“万元增收”创新模式探索

回顾了三峡库区移民的历史现实问题,分析了库区移民致富面临的政策支撑发展机遇及问题与挑战,以库区丰都县龙孔镇示范产业生产基地为例,初步探索出库区移民安稳致富"万元增收"创新模式,建设示范园区生产基地,创新产业合作模式,为移民提供新的致富之路,提高移民收入。

Exploration of “million income” innovation model for immigrants to become rich in the Three Gorges Reservoir area

Reviewed the historical reality of the Three Gorges Reservoir area,this paper analysed opportunities and challenges for the development of reservoir area immigrants’ security and wealth,which were supported by policies.Taking the town of Fengdu county,Long hole reservoir,which was a base of demonstration industrial production as an example.The paper initially explored "million income" innovation modal of immigrants’ security and wealth,building the demonstration industrial production base,innovating newly industrial cooperation model,providing new roads for immigrants to get rich,improving immigrants’ income.
