| 摘 要： | 产业集群已成为区域经济的增长点,是食品产业发展的方向。以安阳市为例分析了河南省食品产业集群的发展共性问题,深入探讨了影响河南省食品产业集群竞争力提升的国家层面、产业集群层面与企业层面的因素。最后为提升河南省食品产业集群竞争力提出了相应的策略。

| Abstract: | As one of the drivers for regional economic growth,cluster serves as the development direction of the food industry.Based on the situations in Anyang,this article elaborated the common troubles food clusters encounter in Henan and the related causes from national level,industrial level as well as enterprise level.Moreover,the corresponding measures were put forward to promote food cluster competitiveness in Henan. |
