基于Solow余值理论的河北农业科技创新贡献率的测算分析

摘    要:摘 要:基于Solow余值理论,利用农业生产总值、农业生产资本存量和劳动力投入量3个指标,对河北省1986-2010年间的农业科技创新速度和农业科技创新贡献率进行了测算,得出此时间段河北省农业科技创新年均速度和年均贡献率分别为4.95%和38.57%.并在此基础上分析了河北省农业经济发展的特征:河北省农业经济仍没有脱离依赖生产资本存量扩张的外延式粗放型增长方式,但是农业科技创新的贡献份额逐年增加.最后提出,河北省要正确处理好科技创新与农业生产之间的关系,充分发挥科技创新对提高农业投入产出比的作用,走依靠科技创新为支撑的农业经济增长新道路.

Abstract:This paper used the data of agricultural production,the capital stock of agricultural production and the input of agricultural labor to calculates the rate of agricultural science & technology innovation and the contribution rate of agricultural science & technology innovation in Hebei province in the period of 1985 to 2010 by the Solow residual model,and obtains the rate and the contribution rate of agricultural science & technology innovation in Hebei province during this period were 4.95% and 38.57%.And then analyzed the feature of economic growth of agriculture in Hebei province: the agriculture economy still relied on the expansion of the capital stock of agricultural production,but the contribution rate of agricultural science & technology innovation is increasing year by year.Finally,the author adviced Hebei province solve the relationship of science & technology and agriculture economy,opening up the new road of agriculture economy supported by science & technology.
