| 摘 要： | 介绍了黑龙江省农业自然灾害主要以干旱、洪涝、低温冻害、风雹和生物灾害为主,具有季节性、区域性、周期性和交替性等特征,对粮食生产、农户收入以及其他社会经济具有直接或间接影响,从政府投入、农业保险、农户3个角度提出防灾减灾对策建议。

| Abstract: | The agriculture natural disaster mainly includes the drought,the flooding,the low temperature freeze injury,the wind hail,and the biological disaster in Heilongjiang Province,which has the seasonal characteristic,the regional characteristic,the periodicity and alternately and so on.The disaster has direct or indirect influence on the food production,the peasant household income as well as other social economy.The paper proposed suggestions from puts into,the agricultural insurance and the peasant household to prevent and reduce the disaster. |
