挖坑机主传动齿轮的优化设计研究

摘    要:以挖坑机主传动直齿圆柱齿轮的优化设计为例,介绍了MATLAB优化工具箱及其算法。建立直齿圆柱齿轮优化数学模型,并利用MATLAB优化工具箱求解。结果表明,该计算方法准确,效率高,对解决其他机械优化设计问题也具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The optimization design of the main drive spur gear of earth augers is taken as an example to introduce MATLAB optimization toolbox and its algorithm.Optimal mathematical model of a spur gear is established and MATLAB optimization toolbox is used for solutions.The result indicates that this calculation method is reliable and efficient and of important reference value for solving other problems related to the optimization in mechanical design.
