河南省非物质文化遗产民族传统体育的保护价值探析

鉴于非物质文化遗产保护的重要性，本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对中原非物质文化遗产民族传统体育的价值进行讨论。首先阐述了遗产与非物质文化遗产的定义与形体艺术；其次从国家和个人的角度进而说明了其保护的价值；最后，对非物质文化遗产保护工作提出建设性对策，从而使我国民族传统体育走上健康持续的发展之路。

Discussion on the Protective Value of Ethnic Traditional Sports of Henan Province Intangible Cultural Heritage

Given the importance of intangible cultural heritage protection, In this paper, by the method of literature and data and logical analysis, the value of ethnic traditional sports of Henan province intangible cultural heritage was discussed. First described the definition of heritage, intangible cultural heritage and body art;Second, from the view of national and personal perspective, shows the value of its protection; At last, provided the constructive measures for the protection work of intangible cultural heritage. So that make our national tradition sport onto the healthy and sustainable development.
