犊牛磺胺中毒的病理形态学观察

为了解犊牛磺胺中毒的病理形态学变化特点,对2头因磺胺中毒而死亡的犊牛进行了详细的病理学研究.结果表明,犊牛磺胺中毒的病理性损伤主要发生于肾脏和肝脏.宏观检查可见,肾脏肿胀,色泽变淡,皮质增宽,肾盂有多量豆腐渣样物质.肝脏肿胀,淡橘红色,质地脆易碎.微观检查可见,近曲小管上皮细胞肿胀,核浓缩,染色不良,大量上皮细胞脱落....

Study on Pathologic Morphology on Calves with Sulfonamide Toxicosis

In order to understand the characteristics of pathomorphological changes in sulfonamide poisoning calves,two calves died with sulfonamide poisoning were particularly researched in this study.The results showed that the pathological damages of sulfonamide poisoning calves mainly occur in kidney and liver.Kidneys are swelling,lighting in colour and broadening in renal cortex.There are many substances of soybean curb-like residue in renal pelvis.Liver is swelling,pale orange in colour,fragile and brittle in texture.Microscopic examination showed that epithelial cells of proximal convoluted tubule are swelling,with a concentrating nucleus and dyeing bad.A lot of epithelial cells shed off.When lesions are severe,the lysing nucleus or only nuclear remnants are found in the epithelial cell of proximal convoluted tubular.Necrotic epithelial cells are agglutinated together to form typical coagulation necrosis.There are a large number of red blood cells diffusive among necrotic renal tubules.The lesions of distal tubules are lighter.There are a lot of hyaline casts in collecting tubules.The central vein and sinus in liver are expansion and full of number of red blood cells.Hepatic cells are swelling and vacuolar degeneration.Most hepatic cells are looked like mesh,there are glycogen dissolve.In addition,lymph nodules are dysplasia,and no complete lymphoid follicles are found in spleen and lymph nodes.It may be explained to affect humoral immunity in a certain extent about sulfonamide poisoning.Conclusion: the calf sulfonamide poisoning can cause coagulation necrosis in proximal convoluted tubules and formation of hyaline cast in collecting tubules,and generate vacuolar degeneration and glycogen dissolve in hepatic cells.
