湖北省农村居民点整理潜力研究

伴随经济社会的发展，农村居民点的合理有效布局对土地利用的作用日益凸显。湖北省农村居民点布局不尽合理，还有很大的开发整理空间，本文采用人均农村居民点建设用地标准法，对湖北省农村居民点整理进行测算、探讨和研究。根据计算结果归纳各地（市、州）的整理潜力，进行比较，划分为4个潜力区，以便于从宏观和空间上对其分析，为全省农村居民点整理提供理论参考。

Land consolidation potential of rural settlements in Hubei province

Accompanied by the development of economy, the role of reasonable and effective layout of rural residential has become increasingly prominent to land use. In Hubei province, the layout of rural residen- tial is not good enough, there is a lot of development and consolidation space. This article exploed and studied Hubei Rural Residential Land Consolidation by per capita rural residential land for construction Standards Act. According to the results, sum up the potential of municipalities, divided into four potential areas, in order to analyze it from the macro and space. And also provide a theoretical reference for the province of rural residential land consolidation.
