| 摘 要： | 走马楼吴简中的"鱼贾米""池贾米""攻捕米"是三种与渔业相关的租税,关于这三种米的含义,目前学界尚未形成统一认识。本文通过对传统文献中有关渔业情况的考察,论证三种米的含义:"鱼贾米"是官府对捕捞、销售各类水产品征收的租税,"池贾米"是针对湖池征收的鱼池税,"攻捕米"是对渔民征收的行业税。

| Abstract: | The "Yujia Rice", "Chijia Rice" and "Gongbu Rice" recorded in Zoumalou bamboo slips were three types of taxes related to fisheries. At present, there is no unified understanding for the meaning of these three kinds of taxes. Based on the investigation of fishery in traditional literature, this paper demonstrated the meaning of three kinds of taxes. "Yujia Rice" was a tax levied on all kinds of aquatic products caught and sold. "Chijia Rice" was a fish pond tax levied on lakes and ponds. "Gongbu Rice" was an industry tax levied on fishermen. |
