摘    要:大米粉试样先用石油醚提取,提取溶液经离心、浓缩后,用正己烷定容,经毛细管柱分离后用电子捕获检测器(ECD)检测。同时,建立了测定大米粉中氰戊菊酯残留量的相应数学模型,对数学模型中各种不确定因素进行量化处理。对各不确定度分量进行合成和扩展,得到大米粉中氰戊菊酯残留量的扩展不确定度为(1.859±0.375)mg/kg。结果表明:标准溶液和其配制过程、温度效应及测量随机性因素是主要不确定度来源。

Abstract:Rice samples were first extracted by petroleum ether,then was dissolve by n-hexane after centrifugation and concentration.After the separation by capillary column,the samples were tested by electronic capture detector(ECD).At the same time,mathematical model of uncertainty evaluate of fenvalerate residues in rice by GC was established,and uncertainty factors in the mathematics model were quantified.The combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated,then the uncertainty of fenvalerate...
