摘    要:本试验旨在研究包被植物精油和酸化剂复合物对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫功能的影响。选取体重相近(68.42±0.37 kg)的育肥猪200头,随机分为2个组,每组5个重复,每个重复20头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮中添加1 g/kg包被植物精油和酸化剂复合物的试验日粮。试验期为56 d。结果表明,日粮添加植物精油和酸化剂复合物显著提高育肥猪末重、平均日增重以及血清总蛋白、免疫球蛋白M和免疫球蛋白G的含量(P<0.05),显著降低料重比和血清尿素氮含量(P<0.05),对平均日采食量、血清白蛋白和免疫球蛋白A含量无显著性影响(P>0.05)。

Effects of Embedded Essential Oils and Acidifiers Mixture on Growth Performance, Serum Biochemical Indices and Immune Function of Finishing Pigs

Abstract:This study investigated the effects of embedded essential oils and acidifiers mixture on growth performance, serum biochemical indices and immune function of finishing pigs. In total, 200 finishing pigs (68.42 ± 0.37 kg) were randomly allocated to two groups with five replicates of 20 pigs each and fed a basal diet or a basal diet supplemented with 1 g/kg embedded essential oils and acidifiers mixture. The trail lasted 56 days. The results indicated that embedded essential oils and acidifiers mixture supplementation significantly increased the final body weight, average daily gain and the contents of serum total protein, immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin G (P>0.05), and decreased the ratio of feed intake to body weight gain and serum urea nitrogen content. However, no significant differences in average daily feed intake and the contents of serum albumin and immunoglobulin A were observed between groups. Overall, dietary embedded essential oils and acidifiers mixture supplementation can improve the protein metabolism level and immune function of finishing pigs, and thereby promotes growth performance.
